The most difficult part about using Contactually with your team is getting your team members to actually use it.
Here are some ways you can inspire your team members to become the Contactually gurus you know they are!
HOLD A HEALTHY COMPETITION
Humans, by nature, are competitive beings. Why not reward the person in your office who has the highest Contactually grade. This is something we employed at Contactually HQ and it received great response.
TIE IT TO PAY
While this seems extreme, letting team members know they won’t get paid unless they hit certain marks in Contactually will definitely get them to begin using the product. Other customers have done this with incredible success.
USE THE BUDDY SYSTEM
Pair up people in your company so they have a Contactually buddy. When people know others are working on the same thing as them, they are more likely to stick with it.
SCHEDULE IT ON A CALENDAR
Our lives are busy, so scheduling specific time for everyone in the office to sit down and use their Contactually account may be beneficial. Perhaps your team meets once a week to have a meeting. Why not make Contactually time before or after that meeting? It doesn’t need to be a long time, 15 minutes should be enough.
ANOINT A POINT PERSON
Find someone on your team that seems comfortable with Contactually and have them become the resident expert. They can speak directly with one of our employees here at HQ to learn tips, tricks, and everything else. By providing someone on your team with this responsibility it will remove the burden from your shoulders and also show the team member you have confidence in their abilities.
